No, you would get banned only in Ghosts, but there's no VAC in Ghosts so you can't get banned by VAC.

They ban on game engine. Ghosts has it's own engine so you would be banned from only ghosts but there is no vac on ghosts so you basically can't get banned.

Go to store page of the games and on the right hand side you will find the features of the game if you scroll down a bit. Single player, multi player, coop ect. VAC is there too, if it is present in that specific game. So you can always check there.
