Almost nothing on my computer works, unless using compatibility mode.

So, my issue is that NOTHING seems to work on my computer all the sudden. I started using compatibility mode, which then made half of the things run improperly.

I need your guys' help so bad. :c

Gah, I knew I was forgetting something.
I am running Windows 8, I may upgrade to 8.1 if nothing solves it, hoping that will solve it.
If any specs are needed, let me know.

Did you tried using google for the answer?
Try going into control panel and repair.

Try a System Restore, which can be found by searching for that on windows.
Otherwise try the 8.1 update, or possibly windows 7?
Perhaps it's something with 32/64 bit programs?

As OpR stated did you any chance move from a 32 to 64 / vice versa, bit of the OS
