Correct. For an example, if you spend $100 and buy 16 character slots, it doesn't mean the account is worth $50-100. It will be more worth around $10-15

In actuality, I judge account gold as half value of what is paid for it.

20 Vaults = 10000 Gold.
In reality = 40-50$

At least that is how I base it.
