I didn't know this trick until 2 days ago, but having the EMP function on (mouse Settings) can decrease accuracy.

Because "It's bad when you need to make quick reactions for short cursor distance as the faster you move, the further you travel.

ie. You need to move half an inch really fast, but if you move too fast the mouse enhancement will try to adjust and you fly like 3 inches too far."

Take the following steps to disable Enhanced Mouse Pointer Precision:

Press Windows Logo Key+R to open the Run window.
Enter control main.cpl in the Open field.
Click OK to open the Mouse Properties window.
Click the Pointer Options tab.
Click to uncheck the Enhance Pointer Precision box.
Click OK to close the Mouse Properties window.

SO TRY IT .....AND YOU will GET a great improvement, Guarantee to work!

The difference between being "good" at something and excelling at something can often be found in the small details. Sure, you can be "good" at playing any PC game with mouse acceleration on. However, if you have it off, you now have a 1:1 ratio and can make use of one of the most powerful abilities humans have: muscle memory.

The difference between the two cases is enormous:

1. If I move the mouse X distance at Y speed, I get Z result.
2. If I move the moues X distance, I get Y result.

Human muscle memory takes incredible advantage of the second case. It is so much simpler for your brain and hand to coordinate in the second case. Sure, you can teach yourself the 1st case, but you are just making it more difficult for yourself. Removing barriers of difficulty in any task will help you perform that task better.

Having mouse acceleration on is, in my mind, akin to only using odd numbers for hotkeys or disabling your "a" key, forcing yourself to click. It just makes the same task less intuitive and more difficult.

To successfully aim on head u need to have :good mouse,good sensitivy,good reflexes and good muscle movement on ur hand
TIPS: i use in (left click right click) and in (right click i use normal click) much easier to QS and aim
and every professional keep the cursor in the head zone i mean like close to head
I practised trying to shoot on the head and keep the cursor there..
