60 FPS Cap for mod selector

Title says it all. I take no credit in making this for the mod selector. All credits go to @ maat7043 as I simply converted this into mod selector compatible.


(The other mods are the ones I've made so far, started the mod selector from scratch)

For those who know can manually add the code in;

Please note, I was expierementing with this in my mod selector and may have kept the FPS rate at 45. You can change 45 to whatever rate you want AFAIK.

Nope. The one in the mod selector has already been changed with Swix.

If you pull one from the web the default cap is 30fps. This changed a little bit after they changed all of the strings.

It's also useful for multi boxing to throttle down the fps on your slave clients
