Leaving the window's size to default works for me, changing the size in anyway will make it stop working.

Bug report #1: After verifying a trade, bot keeps moving mouse cursor to the top left. Not clicking on 'Accept'. (It appears that the bot will move the cursor to the top right for whatever window you have opened.
Bug report #2: Tabbing out of window, then tabbing in can cause bot to consume potion.

This is great man. I would suggest adding an "add row" button to be able to trade more things at once. Also if it had a fine where we could add item names? The new vanity weapons aren't there that's why I'm suggesting. It'd allow for more custom options. Another thing, maybe add a check box "Default chat or your own style" and add a file that the .exe reads if we want to do our own custom message. I love the trade accept and everything man. AFAIK, it's made in AHK which can't normally run on Mac. It might run, but I don't think so.

@Lovroman Is AHK the only thing that can be used to code a program that will work with realm, or could any of the programming languages (Java, C#, C++, GML, JavaScript, Python, VB.NET) be used to create a program like this one?

I'm still having trouble with the bot. In a trade, it will click on the selected items, but it'll never click on the 'trade' button to finalize the trade.

have you resized the window? it does only work with the original size

You can use other languages, too.
For example, you can use AHK COM library to compile an AHK script in C#(and VB.Net, I guess)..or you can simply make equialent app in C#..

Nope, I did move the window around but didn't resize it. During the final stages of the trade, the mouse moves to the top left of the screen, is that intended?
