got scammed out of like 1.50 on paypal so i cant just add money to steam
plus everytime i add money to steam it makes me wait a week to use the market and its frustrating

I'll put something on the market for $5 and you buy it and i'll send you 3.40 over paypal as a gift
I'll list something thats like 30cents so you can resell it on the market if you want

people buy $20 games and sell them for like $10 all the time so what is the difference? none there isn't a difference. I even said i'll take just 3.40.

No, they don't. They have sites, partners where they get it off cheap and sell it for a higher price or they buy in bulks or in sales and sell it for higher price... No one spend money without gaining a profit... Durp

Well then why was i offered 2 keys worth 2.30 each for 3.40pp and 60cents steam?
As told by the person who made the offer steam money is worth less than paypal money and this is from a person SELLING me something.
You can use paypal money anywhere steam money can only be used on steam hence why its worth more, yet i said i would do 3.40 for 3.40. And then why are plenty of people selling $20 keys for $8? If you don't want to do the trade that's fine you're not the only person on here but don't comment nonsense on my topic.

And apparently a kid telling me he would sell me skins on csgo and when i paid him he tried to say i didn't. He actually tried to scam me for more he tried to scam me for like $3-4 but i wasn't dumb enough to think the skins were worth that much, i however was dumb enough to go first.
