I'm not fat, but I'm not super skinny anymore. I used to have a 6 pack, and then I stopped working it out and it kinda gained fet on top. But I want to regain it. What would you guys suggest? Ps, Im not lacking abs, I can do as many crunches and situps as I always could, just doesn't show as much anymore.

eat beans and rice, do cardio
Do more sit ups. My friend was like 80kg, 170cm.
He exercised alot especially sit ups. Now he is 65kg with 6packs.

How long have you been not working out for, if it was only quite recent, situps and pushups, crunches, just home exercises will help

also, to stay healthy, make sure you are getting at least 30 minutes (at least) and ALWAYS eat healthy, good luck.

Get abs from that.
Well obviously you're going to have to avoid fast food.
Also cut down on carbs.
Eat lots of greens and lean proteins.
Do TONS of cardio(make sure you eat enough to back it up though.)
Also just do the workout you've always been doing.
Celery and lettuce won't make you lose fat, so vary your food and like i said just avoid carbs.
Uh, eat what you ate and do what you did during the time you had the abs. That was obviously working.

My abs are Disappearing too.
I blame my gaming addiction, it makes me hungry and can't refuse to grab that bag of chips for some reason.
guess i should find a healthier replacement.
30 Minutes a day: Running, Jogging, Treadmill Ect (Cardio)
20 Minutes a day: Lifting weights.
Diet Daily: Rice, Beans, Fish, Salad, Potatoes, Grains
Abcrunches for 30 minutes. On a ball.
Contrary to popular belief push ups dont help. Cardio helps
Be confident.

In the end it's all about self discipline.
- If you feel like eating something that will prevent you from loosing weight; don't eat it or eat something that won't.
- If you don't feel like working out; do it anyway and do it properly.
- If you feel like sitting on your ass all day; don't.
You get the point.
