2. Nope. Kabuto is more than likely going to heal him however before he dies.
3. No. She was doing CPR trying to save his life.
4. You're not that far behind, I'd just go to chapter 600 and read on. Give or take a few. Madara just gained control of the 10 tails this chapter so he now has the power of the sage of 6 paths.

2.) The chains represent Fuinjutsu which the Uzumaki clan is renown for.
3.) The Jinchuriki's never sealed the Bijuu's into themselves so whoever performed the seal did it, not them.

1.everyone can sorta give chakra member that most genjutsu are repelled when someone out side of the jutsu gives the teammate some of their chakra?
