Ok, if I was in this situation I would tell your parents that you're in this mess and tell them everything! Its not your fault so paypal have to pay the lost money. Get your parents to say that it was there account and they are the ones that have lost the money because I'm sure your parents would rather you be honest with them, especially when its £500 at stake. Just be totally honest with them.
I would definitely NOT get a fake passport because that is HIGHLY illegal and if you get caught then the situation will get exponentially worse.

The US PayPal was used with a REAL US address which is the address for a Re-Ship company so they can't really phone and say "Yeah we used a n address that isn't ours to make a PayPal account and now it's limited so can you un-limit it so we can pay off our debt to a UK account that had over £500 worth of debt on it, please?" I can't see a way out at this point.

As everyone else has said already, I can't help but think your only plan of action is to be honest.
For telling the truth, "that you used fake information and an address to open a paypal account", they won't add any more funds to your negative balance. You might aswell give it a go... :/

I don't know how it is in the uk but if you call up Paypal and tell them that you are underage they will probably close the account. Aka everything gone.

I don't know you like IRL but I wouldn't mind donating. Problem is, not a matter of cash, but my card isnt possible to use Paypal with and so since I cant associate to paypal I cant donate. Thats because this card is a special variant for college students, otherwise I'd have it associated and I would have given ou cash.

If things come to the absolute worst then I'll phone up and tell them that I'm 12 (you can't be charged if you're under 13 in the UK) and that the address I used isn't my real address and hopefully that will solve the problem.
