OP: What I'd do is get an OMM or a trusted user to buy you 100k NX using the card by uploading funds to their paypal, allowing them to keep the spare $20 since online sales do not have tax.

Yes, if an OMM would be willing to facilitate this it would definitely work. The funds can be loaded into your account then you can supply with $100 worth of NX code bought via online or in store.
