A.V.A Security Alert

When I start the game it shows a security alert (0xE019100B) I tried to reinstall the game and closed all the running problems I removed all the hacks so what could be the problem?

I'v tried to use gamebooster but it's still happens.

Rune CCleaner and re-install AVA. Run it with AVA after and make sure nothing is in the background.
