Yeah. So your RoTMG got hacked by this I am assuming.
This is simply a RoTMG .SOL stealer, which steals all the logins you have used on that particular computer onto RoTMG; Meaning that there was no way they had gotten ahold of your email address, unless your password for your RoTMG and email are identical.
Another possibility could be that the hacker had used one of our username grabbers and got your name in the process, and cracked it through one of our crackers here in MPGH released by one of our members.

All in all, sorry for your loss. You are not the only one suffering from these hackers. Sadly, you would not be receiving your items back from Kabam or Artix Entertainment, solely because they don't have the time and effort to do so. Even if they did, they track down this forum. And they see your post, they wouldn't help a hacker with returning their items.

Ae staff can actually restore your items,as a matter of fact they have some kind of system restore before the day it got hacked.
I've been hacked before and lost some items,here is a email of what they've said: "We last reset this account for you on November 6 after you had chosen to give your password out on a scam site. Your account does not appear to have been compromised since. Please visit our Help Page regarding lost items"
They can restore only if someone with a different ip/country actually loged in and did those stuff on you :P.

I'm pretty sure they don't. Just to back up what everyone else says, here's a some evidence why.

Q. What if I gave out my password and I lost all my in-game items? Will I get them back?
A. Unfortunately, we do not have a system in place to allow us easily to replace lost items. If you are a paid player, we may be able to view your AdventureCoins/DragonCoins/NovaGems/Z-Tokens/Varium/SoulGems/Artix Points spending history and look for irregularities. Here is our help page regarding lost items.

Nothing in this Agreement places a duty on Company to ever reimburse any player by providing experience credit for any experience lost for any reason. Company will never reimburse or be obligated to reimburse players for any experience loss in a monetary manner, such as but not limited to monetary reimbursement or monetary credit.

If you made a mistake and accidentally got rid of an item, you cannot have it back. If you lose all of your equipment/experience/in-game currency due to 'hacking', we cannot give it back to you. We just do not have a system in place to allow us to replace your equipment easily.

You should NEVER share your account or password with anyone. If you think that someone may know your password, you should change it immediately. Please visit this page to learn how to change your email address or password.

Sorry OP, but you're not going to get anything more back than you already have. You should feel lucky that you have an account 10x better than most people anyway (even after your items were lost)
