A BO2 XP Trainer that isnt detected?

my friend wants to get to master perstige on BO2 and all the trainers i found were detected! if you have one can you please reply! Thank you! <3

Black Ops 2 added a rank system. where if the rank is a hacked rank, then it will auto disconnect anybody from the server giving a "54745 server disconnected" error, leading the person to have to download a hack to downrank themselves, and fresh start to be able to play again. which is why all the xp trainers are detected or outdated.
