I just re-downloaded the file from OP. Opened it with Notepad++, pressed Ctrl-F, put in "s962jl0paddkgkdgkrri99tgjg62m2mkpopsfh", pressed "Find Next" and it immedately came up.
Make sure you used the search insteadof looking for it manually.

It's on line 929 by the way.

-Don't resize the window while hack is injected
-Run around and die once before injecting
-Make sure you edit the line of code daily
-Make sure you have Direct3D, DirectX Retr. and .NET Framework 4.0 installed.

You might think that Num8 goes up and Num2 goes down, but actually Num5 goes down, Num2 closes the menu. Try pressing Num2 again.
