    There are a couple reasons, but the general reason people use them is to remove hack detecting files. Since most of the files replace themselves upon startup, this programs "autoclean" feature sweeps your ca folder ever number of minutes seconds based on your settings.

    Dude-_- once again, Make it delete ".dump files" you have .dmp files on there but you still need to make an option to delete ".dump files"
