Indeed this is a (kind of) auto-updater, wich is against the rules (i noticed in your thread you already knew this). So maybe if you remove that part, then you should be able to release it here (or keep it private, your choise).

So I made my Macro with a Version Check, checks if current version is the lastest released and if not, ask the user if he whishes to get the lastest version of the macro, if yes it downloads it.
Could this be considered a auto-updator(Against ToS Rules).

Yes, I think this would be against the rules if I am not mistaken.

You are not allowed to use any kind of auto-updater, unless, you get special permission form Dave84311. It is very rare that this gets approved, and only in special circumstances. I wouldn't bother as the MODS/GMODS will just delete it before Dave gets to it as he's really busy most of the time.
I know they aren't allowed, but what I'm asking is if this process could be considered an auto-updater, if so, I'll just add a redirection link to a MPGH Thread or so.
EDIT: I read the posts above, and yeah I'll remove it, The Version Check func. now asks the user if they want to get the updated version. If so, they'll be redirected to the MPGH Thread.
Thanks for all the info (:
