Where to get Ghosts the cheapest?

since the Banhammer crushed me today i wanted to ask for the cheapest way to re-buy the game..

I saw ghosts in keystores for ~30 €, is that the minimum?

Keystores->25-30€
Steamtrades->many different prices, it depends on which paying method you use(eg. you might get a cheaper copy if you use TF2 keys which you got from trading Humble Bundles/other bundles for them, etc.)
Mr.Bs(MPGH)->30 bucks

I have a question, if i buy RU key at 10EU, i saw there's a new restriction to DL, vpn must be active all the time, but is still possible play after close it? In BO2 it was but after loosing functionality to joing a friends in game from steam (steam was turn from in game to online). Someone have already tried to change executable to avoid language check? thanks for an answer

Green Man Gaming is where I got my first key for 15-20% off on release day. We'll see if I bother buying this again, but I'll shop around. I also have a VPN where I can activate an RU key... those seem to be cheaper yet.

AFAIK, it uses the same key system that BO2 useses(players with Ru keys will only be able to play with Ru players)

With BO2 after leaching stats was possible close VPN and without exit the game play in normal way, this turn you from "in game" to "online" on steam, somewhere i read it possible add the game like "no steam game" and start it without VPN open, playing with VPN is painfull, you can use free one (not all work) or free trial and temporary mail (not all service like this, need good antivirus). Untill is open you obiviusly are connected with russian region, when you close it turn to your region, hwvr there's some code into game about matchmaking, but it is also true that there are few players so you will connected with neighbors players. but really i don't know if something was changed from BO2

Then if you already have the game no need to reDL and start it from executable maybe work, like always need BKUP 'cuz sometime update (when you forget to open VPN or open it with another account a message pop up saying "wrong region") will erase your language and start DL the entire game (30GB NOW), to avoid this issue, copy BKUP file to download dir and then let it instal to start game
