I'm not quite sure you know what the difference is between a gift and retail.
You can't technically call it a gift if the other person involved had to pay for it, unless it already was his and you extorted him for money.

That sucks but this helps me to remind some people to put "Im paying for virtual goods/games I will not dispute or Attempt to claim back anything" when they pay me through paypal(if they don't scam me).
