Anyone else get em'
idk what to do, I haven't had a chance to go see my doctor about it cuz it's been snowing like hell and the struggle to get there is the illest. It started with like a black dot on my heel, and then it eventually started to crack, and it's like 2 cm deep now into my heel. I don't think it's getting worse, but it has gotten wider. It hurts less now but it's like kinda painful to squeeze.

Any remedies to put on it? Suggestions? Halp pls.

Push some ice on it, I worked out the other day at school, my arms where stiff I couldn't move it or sleep at night. Every 10 min ill wake up from the pain. I feel better after 2 days but still I can't move my arms alot.

This will be very good for you since if it's really so bad as you can't go out your house then you probably have some of this stuff at home.

Also it's mostly natural so it's worth a try.
