Downloads and Thanks.

Hai, I have 3 questions.
1; If someone downloads my file from one of my posts does it automatically make them "thanks" the post?

2; If I upload a file to a file sharing website like ********e do I need to put mpgh in the name or will it do that for me when I put it in a post?

3; How do I make the download in one of those cool little download boxes? xD

1. They can either only download the file, or Download and Thank

2. Pretty sure posting an outside link results into a ban

3. If you mean the box with the Download and Thanks+ the file, you just need to upload the file.
