I THINK MY ACC IS HACKED

I was playing normaly AVA when i got Lost connection:extiting game in 20 seconds.AVA closed and i tried to login again but thats where i got Username or Password are is wrong.I cant login to website either.When i try to do forgot password i receive no email on the email account is linked to.i sent a ticket for account recover.(Also my friend cant login and he is in same network i am, in my house,). Am i right?

when you try to reset your pass word that mean you banned

yea you've probably been banned man, it will tell you invalid password on the launcher but if you try to login to the site it will tell you that you've been banned.

I had this same problem but he disappeared after 2 week ... I don't know why
