Evasion Classes.

Recently I have gotten max level and to still enjoy the game I have been getting new classes. I have acquired Thief Of Hours, Horc Evader and Pirate all being evasion class I equipped full thief to them, and every time I check stats the evasion rate is 33.79% is that the highest it goes or is there something else I have to do to raise it up.

on toh my evasion is 27.66 But my hit is 100.08 :P
