Probably a few guides if you search (but most won`t be of much help). Double jumping is as you have stated jump + jump + crouch. One variant used at times is to hold w+s then jump crouch. I consider this to be the preferred way, and a superior way however its generally considered to be a glitch and not allowed in tournament play. Also for glitching the w+s method is far superior as it allows players to reach areas that would otherwise require boosting or use of external programs.
The only tip I can really give is practice, is if you are having issues with the timing of the jumps practice bhopping first then move on to double jumps since they are based upon the same mechanism. Also try looking down and just timing your jumps so that they are silent (meaning you are performing the second jump while in the air slightly).
Thank you for your replies. Ok, double jumping question is closed.
But what about silence jumping? I mean jumping without sound on regular mods as S&D.

Unless this is some sort of new mechanic I am unfamiliar with silent jumping would be exactly the same as double jumping. I am not 100% certain w+s jumps are silent although I suppose if you did it quickly enough they would be.
Assuming I am correct, jumping without sound is the same mechanic as double jumping or bhopping. This is jumping before your character model actually hits the ground hence why double jumping allows you to get on to boxes that a normal jump crouch would be unable too and why bhopping is silent.
edit: You can do things like shift jump or crouch jump but I am guessing that is not the effect you are looking for.
@4937razer,
Yep I tryed different combinations but no effect...
Sometimes I see silence jumping when spectating high-rank players. They can jump over the small boxes and other objects without sound.
From the outside it looks like slow bhopping.
Maybe this is spectating bug but enemies doesn't react.... so I suppose no.
Silence jumping is bunnyhopping, Also when u bunny hop u hear sound but other people dont hear u, Once u learn to bunnyhop ,Double jumping is a standing bunnyhop and then crouching when in mid air.

Ok, I understand bhopping in GM, yes it doesn't create any sound.
But in S&D I and other people hear sound. :\
With bhopping you'll hear your own but others don't, not sure why it it's like that but it is. Assuming you're bhopping correctly. And with both things you're trying to learn it just takes practice.
