Liberation Problem...

OK, before you even bother saying... DISABLE YOUR VIRUS. Or RUN BOTH STEAM AND LIBERATION AS ADMIN... I have... It's not worked...

I launch liberation as admin
I launch steam as admin
I hit the load game button with the mod i would like to use
The game starts to load
about 20 seconds later, without even going on the menu it crashes
I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING and NOTHING has worked.

All i want is an answer, if you don't know the answer then please don't post.. I really have been trying to get this to work for ages, if you have any idea on how to fix it. Then TELL MEE <3 I will luv u lung tume if u doo k :3 :>

Is DEP disabled?
(And yea, I'm pretty sure that you will ask me what is DEP, DEP=Data Execution Prevention)

Urgh, windows 8 is annoying, trying to disable it now.. Stupid system protection -_-

NO it still doesn't work the stupid thing, i tried disabling it through command prompt since it said that i cannot add the exception to liberation HELP

Verify Integrity of Cached Files. Enable the console via Liberation (F2) when you boot up the game, and you should be able to see the error message.

I am also getting isues, mine wont open at all, it closes itself with some error, then closes the error after then takes me to some closed down page!!!

Guys Guys i worked it out FINALLY.

It is DEP after all..

Now dep is easy to disable for windows 7 users, all you have to do is add liberation to the exclude list in DEP

Windows 8 is Really Really Different..

Research on how to turn off DEP for windows 8, it will come up with a few things, eventually, i had to access my pc's ''brain'' to turn it off lol, you will figure it out. It took me like 2 hours to finally do it.
