should consider getting this case Storm Stryker by CM
you
Hey everyone, so I thought I'll ask you what you think.. I currently own a system with an i7 960 and the GPU on my sig, and I think its time to upgrade. Im not looking for an extreme setup, just something close to being extreme while still being affordable. I have ended up with the following setup.
Case - Bitfenix Shinobi USB3.0 Black - 66.57€
Mobo - Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD5H - 200€
CPU - i7 4770 - 265€
RAM - Corsair Vengeance 8GB (4x2GB) @1600mhz - Already owned
GPU - 2x MSI GTX 660 TF OC edition - 170€, 2nd already owned
PSU - Coolermaster GX 750w - Already owned
HDD - WD Caviar Blue 1TB - Already owned

SSD - Kingston V300 240gb - 123€
Cooler - Corsair Hydro H60 - 66,85€
Fans - 3xSharkoon Shark Blades Yellow (120mm) - 45€
I'll also replace my PSU's fan with a Be Quiet ShadowWings Mid-Speed 1500rpm, priced at 20€.
So in total, its about 950€ (too bored to add it all up). I think the inside will look GREAT, the color scheme seems perfect (at least the way I envision it). I may add a white led cable later, for now this will be enough since the case has no window anyways. Last thing I may do is re-spray the PSU's casing to black since the huge blue 750w logo may be annoying. Or I'll just hide it completely with a mod. But as I said, those are thoughts for the future. What im interested in now is your impressions and feedback on the build. Fire away!

also a good case is corsair 600t graphite. its the one I have but I don't really like it as it was worth more then the storm and built fairly cheaper. but both are amazing cases. I recommend getting a really nice case because if you have too look at the case your entire pc life(esp if you have water cooling good luck trying to change it.) I personally wish I would of waited and bought the obsidian case by corsairs but I was too eager to get the build going.
obsidian = https://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811139019
everything els looks really good maybe upgrade motherboard a little bit other than that good luck man. here's my build incase you want to see how I did it. if you got any other questions or need help add me on Skype.

Don't SLI anything less than flagships, just don't.
Get a 780 or a 780Ti.
You were seeking strength, justice, splendour.
You were seeking love.
Here is the pit, here is your pit.
Its name is Silence..
Here's a couple of problems.
1. The 900D is a case for Dual Radiators, Dual PSUs, Build with triple, even quad SLI.
2. When you put together your first build, you should have enough knowledge to put it together in about 25 minutes.
3. Brakes, spills, losses?
4. Computer building in general takes up time.
google "computer home build gone wrong" = Brakes, spills, losses?
also yes the case is pretty up there they make a lot of different obsidians that can fit your personal needs im just giving him best possible options the Storm Stryker by CM is also really nice and I would personally go with that one . unless you have extra cash to afford the obsidian which is a really good case no matter what blue trees says its one of the best selling cases on new egg for its current price.
The only people who buy it are enthusiasts, and idiots who spend their money on it, and put low end hardware in.
The Storm Trooper/Stryker are nice, but they have terrible spots for cable management.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions. From what I've read everyone seems to be focused on the case rather than the rest of the build. @Aborted I really need more GPU juice, but I can't really get a flagship. My full budget is exactly 1000€. I have been saving up for at least two and a half years, and I cant really toss away my 660. Other than that, a flagship would probably cost half my budget so its not really an option here. I'll probably get the second 660 and start saving up again, so in the future I'll be able to get a couple of flagships (hell, maybe even the new 800 series, if they're out by then) and be set for 5-6 years or more.
Generally, what im looking for is a silent system that will look good both on my desk and on the inside. The bitfenix case is something that fits the good-looking criteria, however from what I've understood noone really believes its suited for a build like this.
Also, I'd like to clarify something. Im not a noob and this is not my first build. I have built plenty of systems for my family, friends and even random people that happened to hear about what I do. So I've been meaning to get my own build going for a long time, but waited for a good amount of money and knowledge before I start. This is where I lead myself.
@solomonjo0 Thanks for the feedback, all the cases you and @BlueTreesTV mentioned look great, however the availability of parts here in greece is limited, and the taxes to ship them from anywhere else are huge. So I just went for the prettiest one I could find, looked up a couple of reviews and videos, saw a couple of builds with it and decided that for that price, its what I need. Unfortunately all the cases both of you mentioned are either not available or too expensive, so I'll just go cry in a corner.
What else? Any corrections/suggestions on the rest of the parts? I'll be using the system to game and record, video/photo edit and maybye stream from time to time. I'll also be hosting small servers for 5-6 people on minecraft and CoD4. Those will only be used over LAN with my friends though.
