i have the install from jan 2013 would shop files work?

hey guys i have the jan 2013 set up on a dvd i made if i install it and dont patch and get the shop files do you think the shopdisc file would work on the current version?

i tryed it and there no perm wep changes BUT there is all the old armor 07 and old mele like the corn cob pie nade and beef joint maybe afew others im not done looking ill pload some screens shortly once i looked some more
