No, no you haven't. Sure, to get change HWID people can reinstall W7, but that's just plain stupid to get unbanned from a game.
From what I can see, there is no way to do this through SmartAssembly.

They added a check to verify HWID wasn't changed.

Sure, that means all HWID spoofer/changers are now obsolete methods right? -_-

That's exactly what it means. Every new version uses the same method as before. Crack that and you'll be able to bypass bans in future updates too.

What does an obfuscator for .NET applications have in common with MW3? ._.

As I said, all you need to do is reverse the game. You'll find something that's in the code that wasn't there before. ( Think banning system. )
