Hey.
A few things you could try. I'm not a computer expert nor do I know much about DDos'ing so these things may not work.
- Restart your laptop/computer. Normally computers run slowly because the RAM is holding too much data. Restarting will remove any temporary memory from the RAM.
- Open Task Manager and look for any processes that are not needed or are suspicious and end them. Additionally, look in the Details/Services tab and see if there is anything that should not be running or is using too a lot of resources and end them unless they are essential.
- Try running CCleaner. It may remove things associated with the problem from the hard drive.
- If you have one, replace the hard drive with another one. If the computer is still slow with this hard drive, the problem lies in another component of the computer.
