Hmm... well. The only way of finding it is if you know someone in-game with the item and then you can easily find it.
There are different coloured versions of it if you put 1,2,3 etc. after 'sepulchure' in the link above, but I guess you won't care about that.
Hopefully someone else will know it and give it to you
