-Get a 1$ pre-paid debit card, without any of your details on it,
-Go to redbox,
-"Rent" a game/movie,
-Bring it home,
-Copy the top side of the disk,
-Put the paper that has the copied disk on it back in the case,
-Return the "fake" copy,
-Keep the real disk,
-Profit?
I did this on release day for Black Ops 2 and Ghosts. Sold a bunch of copies on craigslist and kept a copy for myself.

Yes, because you can download console games for a non jailbroken console.

My way, you can sell the game, I don't think you can do that with pirated games.

I feel like you can get caught so easily doing this. Im sure the case that the cd came in has some sort of serial that records who buys it. Even if you bought a prepaid debit card I'd bet they would find out who bought it.
