I can second what Delacroixe said. The guy basically did the same thing to me last night. I prefer not to post my skype conversations, but will provide a summary of the occurrence. Also, I want to apologize for not posting this sooner and preventing anyone else from buying from this guy, but I did not have an opportunity to do so until after Delacroix already reported him. Below is a summary of what happened (sorry for its length).

After contacting the seller I insisted we do the sale in increments of 20 /100m rather than all at once. After I sent the money he told me that his PayPal account wasn't allowing him claim the payment and requested that I cancel the transaction - which I did. I had encountered something similar(people with unverified accounts having difficulty claiming payments) in the past, so while this raised some red flags in my mind I was not overly concerned. Also, I knew that after canceling the transfer the money would be returned to my account in a few days, so at this point there was no real harm done. The seller gave me the information for his other PayPal account, however I was a bit wary and insisted the next transaction be 10 for 50m and he agreed. After sending payment and seeing it had been claimed he told me it was not allowing him to send the gold. I was pretty sure it was a scam at this time, but being that Vindi sometimes restricts use of the mailbox due to level or the person logging on from a new IP I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Also, he was still talking as though he were trying to work it out rather than just not responding. After continuing to claim difficulties sending the gold he told me he would rather sell in increments of 100 and would just refund me, or I could just send him the other 10 and he would send 100. Of course, I refused this proposal and just told him to return the payment. He claimed that he did, but my account did not show the return. I told him to give me the transaction ID number and instructed him on how to do so and he said he would. Unfortunately, the whole thing had taken longer than expected and I had to be somewhere, so I couldn't hang around any longer to see the matter through. So, I told him to send the ID number while I was away and figured I would sort out the issue later. I did not get a chance to check my skype or PayPal until this morning and (unsurprisingly) saw he had not responded and the refund had not appeared. Before I could report the occurrence I saw Delacroixe post.

Again, sorry for not being able to report this sooner.
