Sniper scope & Invisible walls

Hi everyone, i found .cfg (config file) with these cvars:

cg_fov 90
cg_gun_x 1
toggle r_dof_enable 0 1
toggle r_fullbright 1 0
toggle r_specular 0 1
toggle fx_enable 0 1
snaps 30
toggle cg_blood 0 1
cl_packetdup 2

the fullbright and all that commands works but in sniper when i aim shows this picture:

I tryed remove some comands of the config but still happens :/
Any one knows how to fix it without disable the config?

And another thing: the game shows "invisible walls" (those blues things):

These blue walls are because of fullbright.
