ugh what i only know is press print screen and then something something... can you at least explain better?

sure thing.. after you press print screen the image of your monitor becomes the item on your clipboard (in other words when you press "PrtScn" it copies what you see on your screen for you, so you can paste it) then you open up paint and either hit CTRL+V or go to Edit and select Paste.. save it as a .jpg file or .gif file.. we most commonly use tinypic.com to post images with because after you upload it, it gives you the code you need to post it here.. its the one that starts with "[IMG]".. copy that and paste it in your post..

in the case you have right now its easier than that because somebody already posted screenshots of it on an earlier page of this thread.. quote that person, only instead of actually replying to them, highlight the image codes, copy and paste them into your first post, and you're done
