Steelseries siberia v2 navi : 2 female jack to 1 male ~ Laptop

I buy a cable to make 2 3.5 jack to 1 male jack and now the microphoone can't be found in the PC don't work , what i need to do? my laptop just has 1 jack conector.... so u think 2 jack can be conected to a 2 jack to usb?

the 2 females are Mic and Audio, u cant put them into 1 jack, and its impossible that your pc has only 1 jack.

If you use a USB Sound Card it could work

Sorry , i wrote it wrong it's in a laptop but i use a combo jack ... and are u sure will work with a usb sound card?

well u cant combine audio and mic jack into 1 jack, only way is by using a usb sound card if u dont have two ports on your laptop ( which i doubt)
