While godmode Is leet, I've never seen it in action. So, I can't really say i's my favorite.
However, I have used chams, and love the absolutely invincible power they give you. You know all the players locations, so you can avoid and sneak attack them whenever you want. All, you need is a good smg with a silencer, a l96 with an s1 silencer, and a machine gun for emergencies.
If you are a master chammer, chances are you want be killed once.

i have to say... god mode makes the game bland... it takes ALL challages out of the game. if god mode goes out as public, i'd probably quit CA...
