MMO browser based game Bot

I am trying to run multiple instances of a bot on a browser based game called pocket legends. So far I have only been able to run a macro using jitbit macro recorder. This is inefficient because it can only run one instance at a time. I've seen many runescape bots where the bot runs individually for each window, not taking control of the mouse and keyboard strokes. Pocket legends is a google chrome game. Is there a way to control multiple windows at once? (If I shoot, will it shoot on each individual window instantaneously? Thank you if you can help me.
