Sooooooooo to all the stoners here i have a question

How it is possible that this plant

Gets purple?

A friend told me that if it doesnt get enough air it will get purple? is it true or is he lieng?

There's a few ways of doing it, lowering the temperature, and honestly it happens naturally just like other plants can have different pigmentation than normal. It all just depends on the plant.

Unfortunately, the purple weed can be less potent than green. The anthocyanin beneath the chlorophyll is kind of like the backup lights on a submarine, when all of the chlorophyll is gone, the anthocyanin is left to still absorb energy but at about a 20% rate of chlorophyll. Less energy means less resin which means less stoned.
