Make sure you have .NET Framework installed.

i have .net framework 3.5 (inclusive 2.0 and 3.0) and .net framework 4.5 advanced services.
i cant install any other .net frameworks because windows 8.1 doesnt let me do it.
any idea?

Worked out the problem.
The Windows 7's Windows Media Player is different to the Windows 8 one. I'm not sure how to fix it but I will quickly just remove that feature for Windows 8 Users.
