What I did from start to finish:

1.Downloaded and thanked Fenix
2.Extracted the .dll into my hacks folder
3.Chiphered it
4.Scrambled it
5.Renamed it
6.Opened Extreme Injector 2.1
7.Settings on Extreme Injector:
Standard Injection
Check EVERYTHING on 'Scrambling Options'
Check EVERYTHING on 'Injection Options'
8. Press 'Start in Secure Mode'
9. Make sure your .dll is in the 'injection list'
10.Process name is 'Engine.exe'
11.Clean Combat Arms using @Fenix Cleaner(Check all, but 'Paste Profiles', if you hate logging in with ID and PW. Clean everytime before start)
12.Open Combat Arms and start it.
13. Make sure when you press start, it says 'Successfully Injected' or something like that
