Anime that I felt was a giant waste of time? Well... all the anime I've watched really. I really should be doing something productive with my life instead of watching anime.

Now every week Tuesday/Wednesday, I go hungry and rampage waiting for the next manga to release and then flipping my shit if the chapter sucks

I haven't watched those but I've heard from a few people they're pretty shitty. But isn't mostly all Gundam title characters angsty at first? Or does the characters never develop out of it? Because Amuro/Kamille act like angsty ******s at the beginning but develop. From what I've been seeing, Gundam ZZ (not Z) is complete shit according to everyone so that might be what you meant. Gundam Igloo was pretty bad imo, bad use of CGI and story telling. I liked how it was told from Zeon perspective though like Stardust memory did it a lot better and actually made me get all feely.

No....SEED is different. It's not angsty-into-men shit, it's angsty in angst into MORE angst and by the end i'm watching a cutting contest between two emo teenagers. It's just awful.
(that and the entire plot was a ripoff of the other gundam, I mean STRAIGHT rip, not like "oh it's similar" more like "oh here's the exact same fucking shit and almost the exact same plot, but from a teenage perspective").

If you like the old gundams Unicorn will probably be the best one for you. It's pretty much the best gundam so far, with the exception of b-movie kung-fu G-Gundam.

Though I still like Endless Waltz, Unicorn is critically the best.
