But if they send you a refund you still have to pay it if you do not have proof.
Hello,
alot of peaple today are trying to claim back everything they buy using Paypal, well that's suck
so if some peaple are facing the same problem as me, here is some instructions to avoid losing the money.
1. Create your main Paypal account.
2. Create a second paypal account(use fakenamegenerator)
3. Use your second paypal account to recieve money from the buyer.
4. Once you have recieved the money send it to your Main paypal account.
5/ GoodLuck!
But if they send you a refund you still have to pay it if you do not have proof.
Use that thanks button if i ever helped you!
Contact info: (my skype: Sam.lie57)
Be sure to always ask for confirmation before talking/dealing with me
And then when the buyer gets a chargeback from PayPal your second account will go into a negative balance and that's something that you don't want to happen, trust me.

No they won't, I pulled a PayPal scam with my friends over the last year. They instant payment me $3000 each and told the bank to deny all PayPal payments so they couldn't take the money from the bank so they went -$3000 in the PayPal and they ran away with 2000 each. This was I think in April 2013? They used fake info and PayPal never did anything to take the $3000 back.
Well seems like your friends got off without a hitch. If you happened to be in General a few months back you probably would have seen my thread about me being -£500 in my PayPal account. I was constantly phones, got letters and PayPal eventually did send round debt collectors and that was for £500. So I beg to differ, PayPal will indeed come for you and they'll come for you hard.
Not a good idea
NOT A GOOD IDEA BEWARE.
BOTH OF YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNTS CAN GET LIMITED AND THE PAYMENT WILL BE HELD WITH PAYPAL FOR INVESTIGATION!
