It's very difficult, if not impossible to find one with Prime. Assuming you're trying to SE one that is shipped and covered by Amazon, they are very rare. Usually the only iPhone retailers are 3rd party corporations and users.

He might be using Amazon Prime for cheaper shipping rate but . Even if he tried to ship claim it he will have to wait 24 hours but he will be able to get his money back. Plus they will make him sign for it. If i was OP ill use a reship that is not known by Amazon, and send the phone there, ship claim it and from there ship to ausi.
