I think you should use an EVGA GeForce GTX 780 Ti 3GB those are better for gaming. Titans are more for servers.

I also havent figured out a case, any sick looking casing that I could get?

I dunno if you've already got a case yet, but for my latest build I got a Cooler Master HAF XB, and it's fucking glorious. It's essentially a huge cube with awesome ventilation, cooling, and even has a tray under the PSU that you can use to clean your machine. I absolutely recommend it.

You might want to go for a really big Antec case of a Cooler Master case with a lot of fans if you're not using liquid cooling. $30k worth of parts may tend to get very heated.
