Here you go full Description Keys - Multiplayer (BLUE) Extinction (RED)

Multiplayer:
-Multiplayer main menu music and layout was changed.
-Main menu now labels "Extinction" as "Alien Extinction"
-Dropzone playlist added. Take control of a Drop Zone to earn your team points and killstreaks. The longer your team holds the drop zone, the more points you will gain.
-Killstreaks will now correctly reflect which Personalization Packs you own.
-Merged DLC maps with standard playlists. Owning any DLCs will cause you to search for lobbies with those DLC packs that you own and have downloaded. If no lobbies with the specified DLC packs can be found, it will eliminate DLC packs from the search pool until you've found a match.
-Players can now generate a loadout based off of not-yet-completed operations, or completely randomize their loadout. They can do this by hitting "SPACE" on a loadout screen.
-Updated files to prepare for the release of The Ripper for Season Pass holders.

Above: Guard Dog killstreak now reflects properly depending on the personalization pack you own; Generate Loadout button is now available for use.


Extinction:
-Removed "Hardcore Point of Contact" playlist from Public Match. Currently, Hardcore can only be accessed through Solo or Custom games.
-Added "The Armory", allowing the player to gain "Teeth" in order to unlock special upgrades available for use. The armory can be accessed through the Loadout menu.
-Added "Teeth" currency for the Armory: Spend Teeth in the armory to unlock special equipment and class upgrades. The player can complete special daily challenges to unlock more Teeth, and will be given Teeth for every prestige the player has completed. Teeth can also be gained by playing Hardcore, helping other players complete missions for the first time, or using Relics. You can also earn Teeth by killing a large amount of Cryptids.
-Money will now show up on the left side of the screen, and multiple kill payouts can be listed at the same time.
-All special cryptids like Phantoms, Scorpions, and Rhinos now have special jump sounds.

The Armory Upgrades:
CURRENT CHALLENGE: Destroy Hives to get Teeth in the bonus pool. The bonus pool refills when the timer expires. 7-Day challenge, starting on March 28th, 2014.
Sentry Armor: Sentry Guns you place can sustain more damage.
High Grade Armor Piercing Ammo: Armor Piercing ammo will inflict more damage.
Stun Armor: With armor equipped, it will stun attackers.
Faster Revive: Shortens the time it takes for you to get revived.
Faster Health Regeneration: Regenerate health more quickly.
Damage Upgrade: Increases the damage of all attacks by 5%.
Seeker Explosion Protection: Take less overall damage from Seeker explosions.
Start with a Locker Key: Start the game with a Locker Key in missions with Lockers.
Higher Quality Incindeary Ammo: Incindeary Ammo does more total damage.
Start with a Skill Point: Start the game with a Skill Point.
Hypno-Knife a Rhino: Yes, that's right. You can make a Rhino your ally. Throwing a Hypno-Knife will now ignore a Rhino's armor.
Flaming stowed Riot-Shield: A Riot Shield that is stowed will now inflict fire damage on Cryptids.
Devastation Upgrades: These upgrades will be available to those who own Devastation, and are currently available to Season Pass Holders.
Engineer Upgrade: The engineer lays down a Stasis field that Cryptids cannot enter. This can be activated by double-tapping your Ammo-purchasing killstreak button.
Tank Upgrade: All Cryptids will begin to attack the tank, who is now invulnerable and will stun Cryptids by using his melee attack. This can be activated by double-tapping your Ammo-purchasing killstreak button.
Weapon Specialist Upgrade: The specialist has an adrenaline rush, greatly increasing his damage done and keeping his clips topped off. Nearby allies will recieve a moderate damage boost. This can be activated by double-tapping your Ammo-purchasing killstreak button.
Medic Upgrade: The Medic is surrounded by an energy field. Allies within the field will be healed quickly or revived from Last Stand. This can be activated by double-tapping your Ammo-purchasing killstreak button.
