If the loader doesn't work use an external injector like winject or extreme injector to inject the dll. If that doesn't work try running the loader as administrator? :/

Start the .exe as admin.
Let it inject.
Put the .cfg in your CoD4 folder.
Open your CoD4 console.
Enter this: /exec save.cfg
Press Enter.

Your using Silent Aim. Reduce aim fov to fix.
