Coca-Cola vs. Pepsi

So there's these two brands of cola. One being the world renowned Coca-Cola and the other as Pepsi(-Cola)
Many argue one tastes better than the other and some say that one is copying the other. In your opinion, which do you think is better and why?

Personally, I like Coca-Cola better since it's taste a tad bit better.

I rarely drink soda. Like once every two months kind of thing. But if I had to choose, I would choose coke.

Although I very strongly dissuade anyone from drinking soda.

I drink soda all the time, and I'm as healthy as a horse. It's all about counteracting everything you put in your body.
Of course if you eat and drink unhealthily and then sit around like a rock, bad stuff is going to happen.

That is true but see the problem with soda(specifically cola) is beyond the fattening aspect. Most cola side effects happen in the long run.

The Phosphorous in sodas causes accelerated aging .

Several ingredients including caramel coloring are cancer causing.

Half the stuff that's in these sodas isn't even digested in our body because of how artificial it is.

The problems aren't even limited to the contents of the can. The can itself is lined with BPA which is widely known to be hormone-disrupting

Not to mention the dangerous effects soda has on your bones and teeth. Also most ingredients in soda are derived from corn. A GMO. Bad stuff.

Of course some of these things can be prevented by counteracting them but that still doesn't make me feel good about drinking soda. Sadly most people sit around like a rock. I still enjoy it every once in a while though. I simply don't have enough time or space in my schedule to drink soda anyways. Being a track/soccer athlete the only 2 drinks going in your system other than water should be gatorade/powerade and juice every once in a while(not too much juice).

I like Pepsi.

Although for some reason, Coke seems to taste better in the glass bottles.
If you enjoy Coke, I highly suggest you try it that way if you haven't.

Not a body builder.

I'm a track/soccer athlete.

I practice track and field(intense running and sprinting,) for about an hour and a half(6 days a week). I lift weights afterwards for about an hour(5 days a week.) I also try to eat as healthy as I can within reason.
