If you would use this, I'd recommend you open the tool while you're in Barracks and also close it, still in Barracks.

Did you start it as admin?
Try to run it in Compatibility Mode, altough it shouldn't matter.

Yup did both, doesn't seem to work. I go to multiplayer, online play, barracks, load up the program with admin rights and compatibility mode for Service Pack 2 and it still doesn't work/: don't know what the issue is
