BO2 External Console Problem! (help please!)

So I edit videos for people on youtube , and ive been using the external console for a while , to send commands into the game such as r_sunflare_max_size "10000" and stuff like that..
Well starting like last week this has been happening
I put a command through the console and my game crashes and so does the console. This has never happened and now it wont stop happening.
I run console as admin like im supposed to and all that stuff.
Ive tried updating my microsoft framework.
I reinstalled bo2 and that didnt work either.
Anyone know how to fix this?

You probably use a wrong version, have you downloaded the last version?
