How To Change your IP Without A Program

1) Click Start
2) Run
3) Type in "cmd"
4) Type in "ipconfig/release" and press enter
5) Close the command by pressing [X] or type "exit"
6) Go to "Start"
7) "Control Panel"
8) "Network Connections"
9) Right click on "Local Area Connection" and select 'Properties'.
10) Double click "TCP/IP"
11) Choose 'Use the following IP address' and type 12121212 until you reach the end.
12) For the subnet mask just click on it once and it should appear
13) Press "OK"
14) "OK" Again
15) Repeat steps 9/10
16) Choose "Obtain an IP Address Automatically"
17) Repeat steps 13/14

This will work for a few but not all,
You have to remember that people who use a router can only change there IP Address if they login to the router and change the routers MAC Address.

as for users who have just a DSL or Cable connection normally all they have to do is change there MAC Address and get a new IP however some people are assigned what is called a static IP which normally is a thing you pay for like alot of the hosts have they assign you a IP that will never change this can't be changed unless you call your ISP and have them change it.

I just turn Off and On my Modem and it works pretty good
